Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician professional to support medication preparation, dispensing, and pharmacy operations in a hospital setting. This role ensures safe, accurate, and compliant medication management for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and dispensing medications
• Maintain accurate medication records, inventory, and controlled substance logs
• Support medication safety protocols and hospital compliance standards
• Prepare and label prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of pharmaceuticals
• Assist with regulatory documentation and reporting requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace
• Support overall workflow efficiency in the pharmacy department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
• Previous pharmacy technician or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of medication safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work variable 8-hour shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
