Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Manager to lead and oversee Network Services operations. This role involves managing network infrastructure, ensuring service reliability, and supporting strategic initiatives across a complex enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight of network services including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security
  • Manage daily operations such as incident management, problem resolution, and service availability
  • Act as escalation point for critical network and infrastructure issues
  • Coordinate and prioritize workloads across network and security teams
  • Support implementation and optimization of SD-WAN and network monitoring tools
  • Oversee integration of security solutions and compliance with organizational standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and network-related service contracts
  • Participate in change management processes and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, telecom, and security
  • Provide status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to leadership
  • Maintain network architecture documentation and operational procedures
  • Support knowledge transfer and continuity planning

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in supervisory/management roles
  • Proven ability to lead teams, provide direction, and drive performance
  • Strong experience managing network operations in enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with Cisco VoIP solutions (administration, design, and maintenance)
  • 5+ years of experience managing networking teams in complex environments
  • Experience supporting 24x7x365 network, voice, and video infrastructures
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN, network monitoring tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics), and security platforms
