Job Summary

The RN – LDRP provides comprehensive nursing care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. This role requires strong clinical expertise, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, patient-centered team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions
• Assist with both vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Deliver newborn care in a Level I nursery setting
• Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems (Epic)
• Float to other units or affiliated campuses as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (required)
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Degree accreditation must be listed on profile OR minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Work Requirements

• Must be willing to float (travelers are expected to float first)
• Must be able to function at the level of core staff
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
