Location: Fredericksburg, VA

Compensation: $32.95 (Entry) – $48.00 (Max) per hour (Based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Relocation Assistance: $1,500 available
Schedule: Full-time | Days and Nights available (Rotating Weekends)

What You Will Do

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering care across emergency, critical care, and acute patient settings.

• Clinical Assessment: Perform focused respiratory assessments, interpret breath sounds, evaluate airway patency, and determine appropriate interventions.
• Therapy Delivery: Administer evidence-based respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and airway clearance techniques.
• Ventilation Management: Assist with airway management, initiate and adjust invasive and noninvasive ventilation, and respond promptly to patient condition changes or emergencies.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams to support patient stabilization, including neonatal and high-acuity cases.
• Equipment & Safety: Operate and maintain respiratory equipment and ensure safe transport of ventilated patients.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree, Vocational/Technical Training, or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy
• Licensure: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or state Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) required within 30 days of hire
• Experience: Open to both experienced therapists and new graduates
• Interview Requirement: Onsite interviews required
