Work Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed (with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Float to other clinics as needed

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active state licensure (or eligibility)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced clinical environment
