Work Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed (with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active state licensure (or eligibility)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced clinical environment
