Employment Type: Contract (12 Weeks / Through End of School Year)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (7:10 AM – 3:30 PM)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified Bilingual General Education Teacher (Spanish) to support elementary-level students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction in both English and Spanish, fostering academic growth, and addressing the diverse linguistic needs of students.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Classroom Management

• Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in both English and Spanish
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners

Student Support & Development

• Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
• Support language development and academic achievement for bilingual learners
• Encourage active participation and foster critical thinking skills

Collaboration & Communication

• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and school administration
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Department of Education Instructional License
• Bilingual Endorsement (Spanish) issued by the New Jersey Department of Education
• Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in an academic setting
