Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services across multiple clinical environments. The ideal candidate will perform routine, portable, and fluoroscopic radiographic examinations while ensuring patient safety, maintaining optimal image quality, and adhering to all radiation protection and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures as ordered by physicians across radiology, inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings
• Accurately position patients and operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Apply radiation safety principles to minimize exposure for patients, staff, and self
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple areas within the radiology department
• Coordinate and schedule imaging procedures to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery
• Utilize hospital information systems to access, update, and manage imaging records, including exam orders and modifications
• Facilitate patient transport through centralized systems to maintain workflow efficiency
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly to appropriate teams
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care and departmental operations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Active ARRT certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong understanding of radiologic procedures and safety protocols
