Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based practices, sound clinical judgment, and effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care across diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments addressing physical, psychosocial, and educational needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions and monitor patient responses, adjusting care as necessary
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Recognize changes in patient conditions and escalate care appropriately to ensure timely intervention
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams using structured handoff methods (e.g., SBAR)
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and preventive care
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards, safety guidelines, and quality assurance measures

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Ohio or Compact State)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Solid understanding of evidence-based nursing practices and patient-centered care
