Job Title: CT Technologist | Travel Contract
Location: Vero Beach, FL 32960

Shift: Rotating Schedule (Night & Day Shifts)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a dynamic imaging team. The technologist will perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans while ensuring patient safety, accuracy, and adherence to imaging protocols in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Work Schedule

Rotating 2-week schedule:

Week 1:

• Wednesday – Saturday: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM (4x10-hour shifts)

Week 2:

• Wednesday – Friday: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• On-call: 1 shift per pay period (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to radiation protection standards
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams for accurate diagnostics
• Document procedures accurately in electronic medical records
• Respond to on-call requirements as scheduled

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT (CT) certification (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA certification (required at submission)

Technical Experience Required

• Experience with Siemens CT scanners, including:
  • Somatom Definition AS (required)
  • Definition AS+
  • Somatom FORCE
  • X.Cite 128

Additional Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and on-call schedules
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
