Location: Watsonville, California
Shift: Nights
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Emergency Room team. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in rapid assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform triage and comprehensive assessments of incoming patients
• Administer medications and emergency treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Assist physicians and healthcare teams during emergency procedures
• Continuously monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient care
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Emergency Room experience required
• Current certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
