Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery to provide high-quality care for mothers and newborns in a critical access hospital environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to respond to obstetric emergencies, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery
• Assist physicians with deliveries and emergency obstetric procedures
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments
• Provide postpartum care, including patient and family education
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
• Minimum experience in Labor & Delivery required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
