Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Bismarck, North Dakota
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36–48 hours per week
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (with potential extension)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality overnight care in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety, administer medications, and respond effectively to clinical needs during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive overnight patient care in a long-term care environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as needed
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and patient needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Dakota
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Prior night shift experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
