Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will support patient care by administering medications, assisting with treatments, and ensuring accurate documentation while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage medication distribution (pill call)
• Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and treatments
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulations
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing care
• Support daily patient care activities to ensure comfort and safety

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Alaska
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current, valid driver’s license
