Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Coordinator to provide high-quality clinical mental health services within a structured facility environment. This role focuses on delivering non-medical mental health care, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, the ability to develop effective treatment plans, and a commitment to supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and record reviews
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional levels
  • Provide counseling, therapy, and crisis intervention services
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all treatment and evaluation activities
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information
  • Apply evidence-based psychological counseling techniques in treatment planning
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field
  • Active state licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience, including at least two (2) years in a similar role

  • Ability to work effectively in a structured and team-oriented environment
