Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)

Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to build and secure AWS cloud infrastructure in a public sector environment. This role focuses on security automation, IaC, and CI/CD pipeline security, aligned with CJIS and NIST 800-53 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build secure CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) with SAST, SCA, IaC, container & secret scanning
• Implement compliance-as-code using AWS Config & Security Hub
• Develop IaC modules (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform)
• Integrate security controls into pipelines and cloud environments
• Generate audit-ready compliance reports (CJIS/NIST)
• Maintain reusable DevSecOps templates and enforce best practices

Required Skills

• 5+ years in AWS DevSecOps / Security Automation
• Strong in AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Proficient in Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Experience integrating security scans in Java/C# environments
• Knowledge of CJIS & NIST 800-53 compliance

Nice to Have

• EKS, ECS, Lambda security
• Tools: OPA, Checkov, Trivy, Inspector, CodeQL
• Basic Azure security exposure
