Location: Maryville, TN 37804
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Mid Shift (5x8-Hour Shifts) | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Hours per Week: 42.5 hours
Schedule: Rotating weekends required

Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and patient-focused X-Ray Technician to join a hospital Radiology team. The ideal candidate will have surgical imaging experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. Evening shifts and weekend rotations are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders.
• Assist with surgical imaging and provide coverage during evening surgeries.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging.
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Document imaging procedures accurately using the EPIC system.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• ARRT (R) Certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Technician experience in the specialty.
• Surgical imaging experience is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of EPIC experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• First-time travel candidates may be considered based on experience.
