Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Lawrenceburg, TN
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed (Up to 40 Hours Based on Volume)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care by evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and helping individuals restore mobility and function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Patient Population:

• Primarily Outpatient Orthopedic patients (may vary based on clinic needs)

Productivity Expectations:

• 60 visits per week
• 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
