Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Neuroscience Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. The RN will provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with neurological and complex medical conditions in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Scheduling Details:

• Shift: Night shift (3x12-hour shifts)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to MS/Tele and neuroscience patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including neurological status
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to acute changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Provide patient and family education
