• Travel: $2,073/week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will play a critical role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while adhering to established clinical standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and evaluate patient vital signs and clinical conditions
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient information in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work variable shifts

Certifications & Licensure

• Active RN License (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association (required)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – preferred
