Location: Bent, CO
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 8–12 hour shifts (as per facility schedule)
Hours: 40–48 hours per week


Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Mental Health Coordinator to deliver clinical mental health services within a structured facility setting. This role focuses on providing non-medical mental health support, including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and record reviews
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional levels
  • Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services
  • Accurately document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information
  • Apply evidence-based psychological counseling techniques and interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of psychological counseling theories and therapeutic practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment

Education & Licensure

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
  • Active and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
