Schedule: Variable shifts (Day/Evening)
Overtime: Applicable after 40 hours/week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Medication Technician to join a healthcare team in a long-term care setting. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide both direct and indirect patient care, ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications via oral, topical, vaginal, rectal routes, and inhalation
• Accurately document medications administered, refused, or omitted
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Monitor and support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain a clean and organized care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA certification on the Maine State Registry
• CNA-M (Medication Technician) coursework must be listed on CNA certification
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience required
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• No licensure issues
