Job Title: Physical Therapist (Contract)

Duration: 13 Weeks (with possible extension)
Schedule: Guaranteed 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours based on patient volume)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high patient volume while delivering quality, patient-centered care to improve mobility and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention
• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Effectively manage a high-volume caseload

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Outpatient orthopedic setting
• Productivity expectation: ~60 visits per week
• Average 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
• May be required to float to nearby clinics
• Opportunity to participate in a travel team across multiple clinics
• Overtime must be approved prior to working

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
