Job Title: Physical Therapist

Duration: 13 Weeks (with possible extension)
Schedule: Minimum 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours based on patient volume)

Location - Clarksville, TN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment, managing a steady patient load, and delivering effective treatment plans to support patient recovery and mobility goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention
• Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Outpatient setting preferred
• Expected productivity: ~60 visits per week
• Average 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
• Floating to nearby clinics may be required based on business needs
• Overtime requires prior approval

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Outpatient experience preferred
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers (based on facility needs)
