Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Berlin, NH
Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Shift: Variable Day Shifts
Hours: 36 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and report changes as needed
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Active New Hampshire RN License (required at submission)
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
