Location: Sidney, MT

Schedule and Assignment Details

• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join a long-term care team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents while supporting nursing staff in a collaborative environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and comfort
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Document care activities in accordance with facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification (state licensure required)
• Ability to provide reliable coverage, including holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Long Term Care (LTC) experience
• New graduates welcome to apply
