Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedic)

Location: Concord, NC

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role is open to both experienced therapists and new graduates who are eager to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients on rehabilitation and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Float to nearby clinics as required

Patient Population:

• Outpatient Orthopedic (post-op rehab, sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions)

Schedule & Productivity:

• Guaranteed: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)
• Daily Caseload: 12–14 patients
• Productivity Target: 60 visits/week
• Follow-up visits may be double-booked
• Overtime requires prior approval

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be open to floating between clinics
