Hours: 36 Hours Guaranteed (Up to 40 Hours Expected)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and first-time travelers, offering hands-on experience in a high-volume clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a dynamic caseload while delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day
• Handle double-booked follow-up visits effectively
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with clinical staff and healthcare providers
• Float to nearby clinics when required

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific)
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and time management skills
• Ability to handle a high-volume patient environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
