Job Title: Registered Nurse – Endoscopy (Endo RN)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to support inpatient endoscopy procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in endoscopic procedures, the ability to adapt quickly, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures
• Prepare and maintain endoscopy equipment and procedure rooms
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other units as required based on facility needs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy RN experience
• Inpatient endoscopy experience required
• Active RN license (state-specific as applicable)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Degree accreditation required OR minimum 5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience with advanced endoscopy procedures, including:
  • EMR (Endoscopic Mucosal Resection)
  • ESD (Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection)
  • RFA (Radiofrequency Ablation)
  • CRYO therapy
  • POEM (Peroral Endoscopic Myotomy)
  • ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)
