Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join an assisted living community in Woodsville, NH. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and homelike environment, helping to enhance the comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents with mobility, including the use of ambulation aids
• Provide companionship and promote social engagement
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Hampshire
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable
