Duration: 3+ Month Contract (Extendable)
Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Block Schedule)
Employment Type: Contract (Local & Travel Candidates Accepted)

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role focuses on supporting patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques
• Assist clinical staff during procedures and examinations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and equipment
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of CNA experience (hospital or long-term care preferred)
• Active CNA License (New Mexico or compact state)
• Current BLS certification (AHA required)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
