Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a healthcare team in Camden, ME. This role involves providing high-quality patient care and supporting nursing staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
• Provide basic patient care, including repositioning, toileting, and feeding assistance
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Respond promptly to patient requests and call lights
• Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Assist with procedures and specimen collection as directed
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient confidentiality
• Provide emotional support and basic education to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active, state-approved CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting
