Schedule: Monday – Friday | 37.5 Hours/Week
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient High-Risk OB Clinic. This role focuses on delivering specialized care to expectant mothers in a high-risk setting, including fetal monitoring and supporting complex procedures. The ideal candidate will also serve as a mentor, guiding staff transitioning into the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fetal monitoring and provide specialized care in a high-risk obstetric environment
• Utilize clinical expertise in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation
• Support patient procedures and treatments in an outpatient setting
• Act as a preceptor, training and mentoring new or transitioning staff
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care in a high-risk clinic environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Maternal & Child Health experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience with IV insertion and phlebotomy
• Minimum 2 years of experience with conscious sedation
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program
• Active New York State RN License

Certifications Required

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
