Job Summary

The Microsoft Platform Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem at an enterprise level. This role ensures a balance between innovation, security, compliance, and operational efficiency while enabling digital transformation across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
  • Oversee lifecycle management of enterprise Microsoft services
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders
  • Prevent unmanaged platform expansion while promoting scalable solutions
  • Enable collaboration, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Implement and maintain data security, compliance, and retention policies
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft technologies across multiple business units
  • Provide leadership in enterprise-wide technology initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in:
    • Microsoft 365 administration
    • Platform governance
    • IT program management or enterprise technology leadership
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 services such as:
    • Teams
    • SharePoint Online
    • OneDrive
    • Exchange Online
    • Power Platform
  • Experience developing governance frameworks and policies for enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives

Required Skills

  • Strong experience establishing platform governance models
  • Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform administration
  • Experience implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and retention policies
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience driving digital transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, or related certifications
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise environments
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
