Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN/BSN) for urgent temporary assignments at state-operated long-term care facilities in Wyoming. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working in a collaborative, compliance-driven healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress and outcomes
• Deliver high-quality direct nursing care in long-term care settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Adhere to all regulatory standards, facility policies, and clinical protocols
• Support accreditation processes and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wyoming
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior clinical experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work flexible assignments
