Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for temporary assignments at state-operated long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
• Administer treatments and provide direct nursing care to residents
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and facility committees
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and state regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wyoming
• Associate degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Minimum of two professional references from the past three years
• Willingness to travel or relocate for assignment duration
• Ability to work flexible, as-needed schedules
