Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedic

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in treating musculoskeletal conditions and comfortable managing a high-volume patient caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate (PT) and/or assist in treatment (PTA) of patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (PT)
• Assist with therapy interventions and patient care (PTA)
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as appropriate
• Manage a daily caseload of 12–14 patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes

Patient Population:

• Outpatient Orthopedic

Required Qualifications:

• Active PT or PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
