Job Title: CT Technologist / X-Ray Technologist (Radiology)

Location: Oswego, NY
Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Duration: 8 Weeks

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist with experience in both computed tomography and general radiography. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures per physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for imaging exams
• Administer contrast materials (as required and permitted)
• Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate results
• Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively
• Document procedures using EMR systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT Certification (Radiography – X-Ray)
• Valid New York State License in Diagnostic Radiography
• Experience in both CT and X-Ray imaging (required)
• Knowledge of radiologic standards, safety, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or higher
• New York State Contrast Injection License (or must obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Experience with Siemens CT scanners (Somatom platform preferred)
