Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic treating a high volume of Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-productivity environment while delivering quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 5 Days/Week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)
• Patient Volume: 12–14 patients/day
• Productivity Expectation: 60 visits/week
• Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Floating: Not required
• Travel Team Option: Available (clinic or neighboring clinic)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and post-traumatic (MVA-related) injuries
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality care standards

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Experience with MVA/trauma cases strongly preferred
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-productivity setting
