Job Summary

A healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Rehabilitation Unit. The RN will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Deliver direct nursing care addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve care goals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Apply evidence-based practices and sound clinical judgment in care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience
• Active RN license
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in rehabilitation, med-surg, or related settings preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with Epic EMR system
