Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will deliver patient-centered care focused on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and functional impairments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Educate patients on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License (required at submission)
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
