Job Title: Customer Support Analyst – Intermediate (AV & IT Support)

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Analyst (Intermediate) with a strong background in Audio-Visual (AV) systems and IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment for live events while also providing Tier 2 technical support for IT systems and end users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and operate AV equipment (projectors, microphones, video monitors, sound systems, Teams Rooms)
  • Provide support for live events and digital meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for AV and IT-related issues
  • Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets (Tier 2 support)
  • Support computer systems, software, printers, and peripherals
  • Maintain and test AV equipment; ensure operational readiness
  • Assist in conference room setup, layout, and acoustics optimization
  • Coordinate repairs, service calls, and equipment inventory
  • Maintain technical documentation and service records
  • Provide user training and technical guidance on AV systems
  • Assist with workstation support and PC replacements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical education preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Projection systems, LCD displays, video conferencing tools
    • Wireless presentation systems & AV control systems
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Computer hardware, software, and firmware
    • LAN/WAN environments
    • Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office, Outlook)
  • Proven ability in advanced troubleshooting across AV and IT systems
  • Experience with ticketing systems and support environments
