Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
• Monitor and manage patient care throughout labor and delivery
• Document care in accordance with clinical standards and patient acuity
• Advocate for evidence-based practices and quality improvement
• Provide patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) (required)
• BLS (AHA) certification (required)
• NRP (AHA) certification (required)
• Active Registered Nurse license (state or compact)
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• ACLS certification
• AWHONN Advanced or EFM certification
• Epic EMR experience
