Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – PACU

Location: Rochester, NY 14626

Compensation

• Weekly Pay: $2,025 – $2,309 (based on experience)

Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Schedule: 4 days/week (4x10.5-hour shifts)
• Weekend: 2 on-call weekends per month

Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Travel RN for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). You will care for patients in Phase I & II recovery following various surgical procedures and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure safe recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in PACU Phase I & II
• Monitor vitals, pain, and recovery status
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy
• Assist with recovery after surgical procedures
• Document care in Epic EHR
• Communicate patient updates with care team
• Follow safety and infection control protocols

Requirements

• Active NY RN License
• 1+ year PACU or acute care experience
• Skilled in IV placement & phlebotomy
• Certifications:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must live 75+ miles away

Preferred

• Multi-specialty PACU experience
• Experience with Epic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
