Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for candidates who can balance quality patient care with productivity expectations in a structured clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage a daily caseload of 12–14 patients
• Achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Schedule & Work Expectations:

• Guaranteed 36 hours/week with potential to work up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be approved in advance by the director
• No floating required

Requirements:

• Outpatient experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• New graduates will not be considered
• PTA candidates will not be considered
• Active Physical Therapist license required
