Job Summary

The RN (Registered Nurse) and LPN partner with residents and care providers to create a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment through direct and indirect patient care.

Job Requirements

Education

Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Valid State of Maine RN license or compact license

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of RN experience (2 years preferred)

Skills

Medical terminology (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Flexibility for:

24/7 coverage
Floating to other units as needed
