Compensation: $64.16 – $83.41/hour (DOE)
Weekend Differential: $1.50/hour

The BMT/Oncology Clinical Pharmacist will primarily support the Cancer Care Clinic while rotating into the inpatient BMT/Oncology unit. This role focuses on delivering specialized pharmaceutical care for patients undergoing hematology, oncology, and bone marrow transplant treatments.
The pharmacist will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure evidence-based treatment, optimize pharmacotherapy, and support advanced therapies such as CAR T-cell and BiTE treatments. This role requires high-level expertise, autonomy, and advanced clinical decision-making.
Provide clinical pharmacy support for oncology and BMT patients
Collaborate with physicians and care teams on treatment planning
Develop and manage oncology protocols, order sets, and guidelines
Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical interventions
Support CAR T-cell, BiTE, and stem cell transplant therapies
Participate in research, quality improvement, and committee activities
Ensure accurate medication distribution and order entry
Provide patient counseling and education
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – Required
Active Nevada Pharmacist License – Required
Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) – Required
PGY2 Residency in Oncology or BMT OR minimum 5 years of clinical oncology experience
Experience in BMT/Oncology clinic with collaborative practice agreements
