Job Title: Occupational Therapist II
Location: Syracuse, NY 13210
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist II to provide high-quality therapy services in both acute care and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Administer occupational therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician
Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment goals
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to develop effective care plans
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports
Participate in clinical rounds, conferences, and designated clinics
Educate patients and families on therapy plans and progress
Maintain therapy equipment and supplies
Participate in staff education and training programs as needed
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
Active New York State Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in acute care and outpatient settings preferred
Ability to pass pre-employment health clearance
