Position: MRI Tech

Location: Elmhurst, NY 11373

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Nights 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits for Travellers

Pay Range: $70.00 – $90.00/hr (based on experience)

Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $2,200 – $2,600

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience (acute care setting preferred)
• Experience operating relevant MRI equipment (GE equipment knowledge preferred)
• Associate’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Valid Radiologic Technologist license issued by NYSDOH
• Current certification and registration in MRI from:
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or
• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Night shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Alternating weekends and holidays required
• Acute care clinical setting

Additional Information:

• In-person interview required
• Mandatory 2-week training (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), including EPIC system training
