"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Address physical, emotional, psychological, and educational patient needs
Accurately collect and document patient information
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Support patients, families, and community health initiatives
Charge Nurse Duties (as assigned):
Oversee patient flow within the Emergency Department
Assign staff and manage daily operations
Communicate with EMS and coordinate incoming patient care
Work closely with triage and inpatient teams for admissions
Collaborate with clinical staff including providers, technicians, and support teams
Demonstrate leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in a high-acuity Emergency Department preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
